I thought I'd put some of my cakes on here so you all can see what I've done. I started cake decorating back in February. I decided to take a class at Michael's craft store with my friend, Christina. We LOVED it!! It was a blast. I want to take more classes, but I have to wait a while. Anyway here are some pictures, you can see how I've improved. I'm getting better with every cake I make and it's so fun to see what I come up with.

This was the very first cake I made for Dustin on Valentine's Day.

I made this cake for my co-worker Christina's birthday. She loves shoes.












Next I made this cake for our family Easter dinner.












Grandma Ray asked me to decorate this cake for a lady in her ward. I think it turned out really cute!












This is the family tree cake I made for the Billings Family Reunion in St. George. Everyone was quite impressed, including me!
















I made this cake for my little cousin Jessica's baptism. She wanted an angel in pink, so an angel she got!

Milestones

Jacob is now 3 months old. He is growing so fast and changing every day. He is such a happy baby. Give him food and he's good to go. We had a milestone today. This was the first time that I've seen him actually reach out and grab a toy ON PURPOSE! It was so exciting for his mama! I think that if I could hear his thoughts, he'd be saying "Relax Woman!" Dustin and I have so much fun with this little guy. I try to take lots of pictures as he grows, but I'm about as good at photography as I am at gardening. Which is to say, not that great. Thank heavens Jacob is cute.
